One Queen bed bedroom with luxurious ensuite bathroom. This room is positioned facing East and literally on the water's edge for perfect, sunrise views across the lake and into the distance, over Bokarina beach and out to the ocean. Watch the ships cruise past as you enjoy your morning coffee sitting up in bed! Gorgeous.
The second bedroom has two singles, all brand new comfort mattress as with the Queen room. This bedroom also has an East facing window allowing the sunrise to brighten your morning as it streams in to greet you. If you prefer, you can use the blockout blinds to sleep with minimal light entering the room.
Stylishly decored, this room is a pleasure to be in. If you prefer a King size bed instead of these two singles, just let us know at least a week before your arrival, so we can ensure this is made available for you on your arrival.
Kitchen - the kitchen is open plan, with beautiful stone benchtops, a huge amount of space. You will have plenty of storage. A large pantry with every amenity and appliance you could need on a holiday away from home.
We provide generously for you as we enjoy seeing our guests treated as we would like to be treated ourselves. Every utensil and kitchen item you could need (and a few you won't), you will find in the cupboards. If we are missing anything, let us know and it will be there for you the next time you visit.
The most stunning part of the whole apartment, we think anyway, is the massive balcony spanning the East facing horizon. It is simply mermerising with the vast expanse of water laying out before you. Relaxing, rejuvenating and a sensational way to unwind with a coffee, glass of wine and nibbles or a good book while you put your feet up and chill on the lavish, natural outdoor furniture.
While you relax you may hear a fish jump, birds and pelicans landing in flocks on the lake, or the many kayakers and rowers that take silently to the lake and glide with ease across it stunning waters. If you look closely at the lake, you will see the stingrays which can come in to the shallows for the warmth of the sun or the multifarious fish that are housed within. It's all just a wonderful experience.
At night, this same space is lit up in every direction from North to East and South to the stunning bridge. There are ocean liners coming and going out at sea all evening and you can download the Marine Traffic app to find out what the ships are named.

We have a noise monitoring device which measures only the sound level, and does not record any voices. This is located in the main lounge area. It means that if there is ever a noise complaint about our guests (there never has been yet), we can prove that this is not true. The device also notifies us if it detects cigarette smoke as there is no smoking in the apartment or anywhere within the apartment complex grounds.
