A quick 6 minute drive to the heart of Nelson Bay where you will find an array of restaurants , cafes, clubs, bars, water activities and boutique shops , Salamander Bay shopping centre is also only a 5-minute drive away, this centre has all of your shopping necessity.
The duplex has a double garage on the ground floor with internal access, all living and bedrooms upstairs, as soon as you walk up the stairs you will see the open plan and space that the property provides, beautiful distant water views and comfortable furnishings including ducted air conditioning to suit everybody’s needs.
The living area features stunning timber floorboards, ducted air conditioning, ceiling fan, smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, and a casual sitting area which is perfect to sit back and enjoy your favourite book, opening off the living area is the large balcony with a gas BBQ and alfresco dining with calming water views.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with stone bench tops, complete cooking facilities including an electric cooktop, under bench oven, microwave and the convenience of a dishwasher, family size fridge / freezer and Nespresso coffee pod machine.
Three bedrooms all with ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans, the main also having a smart TV, walk in robe and ensuite, the ensuite has a shower, toilet and vanity. The main bathroom provides a corner bath, shower, toilet and vanity and the property has an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine dryer
