The space
The ground floor has 3 oversize bedrooms, all with queen size beds. One bedroom has a modern ensuite and the remaining two bedrooms share a modern full bathroom with quality fittings and a luxurious tub for soaking the worries away.
The ground floor living space is open plan and takes full advantage of the floor to ceiling windows which showcase the spectacular views.
The kitchen is modern with an induction cooktop and a massive oven. The fully equipped kitchen is light and bright and is stocked with basics such as olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar and tea. Provided are a Nespresso coffee machine (with coffee pods), chopping boards, mixing bowls, non-stick saucepans and frying pans, and kitchen drawers full of all the equipment you need to cook up a storm. Foil, plastic wrap, dishwasher tablets, washing up detergent and cleaning wipes are also provided. There is also an island bench with breakfast bar, perfect for company while cooking.
The first living area contains a large comfortable lounge with ottoman to enjoy while watching movies or streaming tv series through the roof mounted projector and electronic drop down screen. The cinema runs a 5.1 channel surround sound system and utilises a Fetch box with new movies available. You can stream to the Fetch box using whatever streaming service you have access to. In this room you will also find plenty of books for adults, teenagers and kids, along with board games to keep the family occupied on those rainy days.
The second downstairs living area has a 65 inch 4K wall mounted LED television with soundbar and subwoofer, with 2 x 2 seater couches to relax on.
The dining area has a MASSIVE timber table with a bench seat on one side and 5 leather chairs on the other. A perfect table to fit the whole family (or 2 families).
There is a full laundry with modern 7.5 kg washing machine and separate dryer.
Upstairs there is a ‘parent’s retreat’ (or perhaps a ‘kids hideaway’) with another 65 inch 4K wall mounted LED television, a 2 seater couch and a swivel love seat for the ultimate in relaxation. This room is perfect to sit back, relax, read a book and soak up the views. The sliding doors open up to the upstairs balcony with the 5 star views that have drawn you to this property. Deck chairs are provided for you and your guests to take in the views.
There are two bedrooms upstairs. The first contains a queen bed with a huge decadent ensuite adjoining. The ensuite is complete with double shower heads and ‘his and hers’ basins.
The second upstairs bedroom contains 2 x king single beds in bunk format
Both of the upstairs bedrooms have the benefit of the incredible views that really make this property what it is, and have sliding doors that open to the full length balcony.
Every bedroom has its own reverse cycle air conditioner/heater, and the downstairs open plan space has a separate standalone air conditioner/heater.
Outdoors there is a gorgeous BBQ alfresco area with a 6 seater high table and outdoor lounges. A timber deck sits alongside the alfresco area with a timber bench seat. A hot and cold outdoor shower adjoins the timber deck, to wash the salt away after your swim or kayak.
The backyard is bordered by hedges, creating a private space, including the alfresco, timber deck, outdoor shower and grassed yard.
There is a large double garage with automatic door. In the garage you will find the kayaks (and lifejackets), along with other beach equipment such as beach chairs, cricket set, cart and beach umbrella. There is also a ping pong table and equipment located here, for your use.
The home is also within a short drive to a number of beautiful local beaches the South Coast has to offer.

All linen is provided to guests (doona covers, sheets, pillow cases, bath mats, towels and tea towels).
Suits families, small or large groups. Strictly no schoolies, hens/bucks or parties.
PETS - Please seek agreement before booking. Where agreed, strictly not allowed in the house and guests are expected to please clean up after them to avoid possible extra cleaning charges. Any damage done is at the cost of guests, including chewing the irrigation system, soiling outdoor lounges, etc.
