Situated directly across from Glebe Park and within walking distance to the shops, cafes, restaurants and bars of the Canberra City, this apartment is ideal for the busy person seeking quiet, comfortable and luxurious surroundings close to the City.

The Space:
The apartment has 2 large queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is suited for business, family or couple stays. Laundry (washing machine and dryer)

The complex has a pool, gym, recreation and BBQ area.

***Please Note*** due to being a apartment complex there is a no party policy and noise needs to be kept to minimum after 10pm, non compliance can result in removal of guests without refund. Please consider other places if this is your intention many thanks.

Most pets welcome limit 2, dogs must be kept on lead while in common areas. Must be house trained and all mess must be cleaned up. Additional cleaning charges apply should this not be undertaken.

Lost key and remote are expensive to replace as it’s an apartment complex. Should guest misplace them a replacement fee will be charged.

Top location and modern apartment But The bed linens have not been changed from the previous stay. All the bed linens/pillow cases in both rooms were filthy with strong smell of sweat and body odor. Hair has been found in one of the beds. We had to wash all the linens in the evening before we could use.(luckily there are washing machine n dryer) Also the hand towels in the bathrooms n kitchen were filthy as well

stayed here for two nights in a beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. Location was perfect, walking distance to cafes, shops, war memorial, floriade, lake front and just a short taxi ride to the other side of the lake for museums etc. Place was clean and tidy, quiet and yet close to shops, cafes and restaurants. It had eveything we needed. Booking process, communications and entry instructions were clear and easy to follow. Will be our first choice of accommodation when next visiting Canberra.

The apartment is very central to all amenities and perfect for our family get away. The building was very quiet at night and the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here we had a great time.

Location great, size of unit great but cleanliness was not up to standard! If the owners live there, they should take their personal property with them when renting the unit out -there was food in cupboard, there was a mess in the pantry, old plastic bags etc. it was not professional, it needs new towels (I have taken photos of all of my concerns)The host was helpful but not serious about my complaints re cleaning and didn’t mention we needed to be in unit for cleaners to come in to rectify. The host said he will refund cleaning fee, which he has. We feel a deep clean would make this unit awesome.

Great apartment in an awesome location
Lovely apartment. Comfortable and set-up well. Has everything you need. Walking distance to great cafes & restaurants. Beautiful park right outside. And a short walk to the river. The check-in/check-out process was straight forward and easy. The owner provided detailed instruction on how to enter the property and the car park. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful location and great views of the city
I loved this apartment, which is right in the heart of the going out zone in Canberra, with less that 5 mins walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and cinema, plus parks and is also a perfect spot to start biking round the city from. Would highly recommend the apartment which has fantastic views over the city from both the living room and the main bedroom balcony. Thanks for a an awesome stay.

Very comfortable, clean, great location.
An excellent 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Watched the balloons form the balcony one morning. Comfortable beds, clean and modern bathrooms. Great location for visiting the major attractions in Canberra plus local shops & cafes.
