Welcome to the heart of the Vancouver Suburb -- Burnaby north. The house is 10 minutes walk to Lake City Skytrain and Burnaby Mountain Golf Course. 20 mins skytrain ride to Downtown Vancouver. Easy 10 minutes drive to Simon Fraser University( SFU), Metrotown, BCIT, Brentwood center and Lougheed mall. Very easy to get around.
This is NOT A ENTIRE HOUSE booking. Hosts 2 working professionals live on the second floor of the house. The space is for the entire first floor of a single family house in a beautiful quiet neighborhood.One is working from home full time. The other goes to offices. No pets and children in the premises.

When you walk in, there are 3 bedroom with 1 bath, 1 nice living room, 1 full kitchen and a laundry. The 4th room is the master bedroom with full bath and 1 well-equipped kitchen table, enjoy a nice fireplace across from your comfy queen size bed. Your own Laundry and separate entrance from the backyard.
Two TVs have been put in the guest living room, and the master suite with Netflix & Crave.
The house is quiet and in a cul-de-sac. It's got a lovely spacious backyard to relax and enjoy. Very safe to do your evening walks.
Street parking is available.
