This gorgeous gulf access home features 2,150 square feet of space, has 3 bedrooms plus an additional room children's quarters, 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 guests! This is a new, recently built home! You will enjoy the space the home has to offer and of course the home has a beautiful heated pool and spa with canal views.

You will enjoy the open floor plan of this home. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as all needed kitchen essentials so that you can make delicious meals for you and your guests!
This home has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and also a beautiful master bathroom which has a separate tub and shower. Two of the guest bedrooms are well appointed with queen beds. The last room is great for kids, at the front of the home with a twin over full bunk bed. This room does not have a door, but it does have privacy curtains. This home sleeps 9 guests, but can sleep up to 10 guests as there is a twin rollaway available!

A key feature of this home are the many outside amenities available. This gulf access home on the canal also has a boat dock available guest use. There is a heated pool and spa. The large patio area has several seating options even an outdoor kitchen. You and your guests can play a game of corn hole. There is also at tiki on the dock to further delight you and your guests. There are also 2 kayaks available for guest use!
