Enjoy the best of Lennox Head in this modern five-bedroom residence. It offers the perfect stay for families and guests who want to relax in a quiet area & have the convenience of Epic Shopping Centre (including Woolworths) minutes walking distance away. 10 minute flat bike ride or 3 min car ride to the stunning Seven Mile Lennox Beach. 15 minutes drive to Byron Bay. Close to Ballina Airport. Located adjacent to and overlooks the ancient fig tree park, this quiet pocket of Lennox is an ideal location to relax and unwind but have the convenience of everything on your doorstep.
The house is a double level newly built home with a modern coastal feel. One of the highlights of this house is the open plan living which flows out onto our undercover outdoor entertaining area with large sliding doors. You can see the garden and pool area from inside the house so you can relax and know the kids are safe playing outside while you settle into holiday life.
Downstairs features a flowing floor plan; A spacious open plan living area including Lounge, Kitchen and Dining all in the one zone ideal for socialising together which leads straight out to the undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and into the garden. This west facing entertaining area overlooks the ancient fig tree and surrounding hills and has the most incredible sunsets, you can sit back, unwind and soak in the Northern rivers tranquility. Pour yourself a wine and gather around the fire pit to watch this special time of the day.
The garden features a large secure flat grassed area close by to the house so you can watch kids play from the lounge or pool zone. The hero of the garden is the year round heated swimming pool, you can swim daily even in winter and enjoy the beautiful warmer northern rivers climate, plus a poolside deck with pool umbrella for shade and pergola with sofa & sun loungers to relax in.
The lounge features a large modular beach style sofa with Sony TV and wifi throughout the house so you can sign into your favourite apps & shows.
The kitchen has a large island with seating to enjoy cooking and socialising, as well as a walk in pantry which is filled with all the essentials you need on your holiday such as oils and spices. The kitchen has a large double oven and 5 burner gas cooktop, coffee machine & large Samsung fridge with cold filtered water.
Downstairs also has a double bedroom plus a toilet & full laundry with washer & dryer.
The Upper level features 4 bedrooms including a King size master bedroom which overlooks the fig tree and park, with ensuite bathroom (shower) and walk-in wardrobe, plus 3 other bedrooms, a second lounge with pull out sofa bed and a full bathroom with bath and a seperate toilet.
All bedrooms throughout the house have plantation shutters, the master bedroom with automated block out roller blinds and sheer curtains.
Ducted air-conditioning/heating throughout and ceiling fans in every bedroom plus in the living area
There are toys, books and games for kids that you are welcome to use on request as well as a swing set, cubby house and sand pit area to keep the kids entertained. A porta cot, high chair and children's toys/table are available upon request (please let us know upon booking if you require these)

This house is a family home and we ask that you treat it with the respect and care that we do. There are strictly no parties allowed as we live in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
