Talbot County STR License STN-22-32

This impressive 5BR, 4.5BA waterfront home was fully renovated in 2020 and provides the perfect place to host your family get-togethers. The magnificent, panoramic views of Harris Creek and Tilghman Island are framed eloquently by an expansive great room with 12’ x 8’ glass bifold doors that open fully onto a large outdoor deck facing the water - effectively inviting the outdoors in! The great room seamlessly connects to the nearby chef-inspired kitchen, overflowing with counter space and a large butcher block island perfect for communal cooking - get those kids busy cutting potatoes!

Between the house and the waterfront, there's ample space for unwinding on the hammock, playing a pickup game of soccer, searching for crabs or fossils on the 300-foot shoreline or lounging around the pool - all of which is visible from the kitchen and great room - perfect for keeping an eye on the kids while cooking or entertaining.

Rainy days? Hole up in the library to read a book, play some board games...or curl up on the couch to stream a movie on the projector screen. Or head into St Michaels - it's only an 11-minute drive from some of the cutest restaurants, local mom & pop shops, boutiques, cafes, bars, wineries and farmers markets. Such a charming example of Talbot County's overall charm.

Enjoy Chesapeake Bay living at its finest! This unique vacation home won't last long. Book your getaway today.

BOZMAN Delight
We had 3 generations in our group and this house was perfect for all. The listing pictures do not do this place justice. If you like to cook for large groups, the kitchen was great (although it certainly could use a knife sharpener!!!) We spent hours in the pool and on the dock. We went into St Michael’s several times during the week - it’s a short drive. The cycling is fantastic - smooth flat roads that wind through beautiful scenery. Highly recommend this house.

Beautiful spot for a multigeneration vacation
Our family of seven had a great time here! We appreciated the beautiful views, spacious home with room for everyone to spread out, and well-stocked kitchen. A surprise hit was the zoned cooling system - with eight thermostats everyone could pick their preferred temperature for their part of the house. This was a wonderful spot for a special occasion trip for our family ranging in ages from 9-80.

Our Annual St. Michaels Getaway
We had 4 couples staying at Mill Point for our annual trip to St. Michaels. Everyone raved about the property and all the amenities. For the last 3 years, we have stayed at different VRBO properties in the St. Michaels area. After our stay, it was unanimous that Mill Point will be our "forever St. Michaels VRBO property". The size, location and condition of the property is perfect for our annual gathering.

Absolutely great setting for a getaway
The house is beautiful and it is a great setting for a quick getaway. As we were eight-ish miles from wonderful St Michaels, it was easy to enjoy the great food in the area. Caught striped bass and silver perch from the dock with my father. Enjoyed the great evenings on the deck with beautiful sunsets. Overall, we had a great stay at Mill Point, however there were a few issues. The trash from previous renters was not removed until the last full day of our stay, even after I notified the property manager. There are patio umbrellas hanging on a fence behind the grill, I got one and put it up, then found myself covered in ants. After I addressed the ants, we were able to enjoy the deck. Lastly, I noticed a few rugs and one of the comforters in the house appeared to have stains on them. Our dog would not leave these areas alone, which leads me to believe that they are from other dogs…but that’s just a guess. All in all, we had a good visit to the area.

Family gathering at Mill Point
This property was great and the location perfect! The home was clean and very well cared for by owners -- had lots of space!! A gem of a spot to bring our families together! Outside: huge back yard (and accompanying views) were spectacular. Yard had tons of space for volleyball, soccer, etc. -- pool was convenient and nice size -- deck was big and great for eating outside. Dock was a real plus -- great for sitting out by the water! Two kayaks were provided and fun to use. Fire pit was wonderful to gather around in the evening (lots of firewood provided). Inside: wall of windows in kitchen provided a gorgeous vista of the yard and water -- kitchen was updated and well supplied with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, microwave, etc. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms nicely updated. Three comfy living / sitting rooms -- lots of board games, etc. for inside. Only downsides -- rock edge you had to climb over to get to the water was awkward ... but doable. Oven wasn't working upon arrival, but management was very responsive and immediately sent out someone. Opening the big doors was a wonderful treat but the flies weren't! This is a great house and location -- we would happily return to it and recommend it to others!
