New listing- Five minute walk to slopes and village!

This beautifully maintained two bedroom, two bath loft style condo is just a short walk to the main lodge, restaurants and ski slopes. First floor Master bedroom has a Queen bed, large closet and a TV with DVD player. Main floor living room has a big screen Smart TV with cable, and free internet. Wood burning fireplace in living room with firewood provided. Well appointed kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Washer and dryer in unit. Full bathroom on main level.
Loft bedroom has a private full bath, is great for another couple, or your kids. It has a full bed, futon, and a high-riser. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. During the summer months enjoy the private deck, and private pool for Laurelwood guests only.
The Market, for any extra provisions you may need, or pizza for the kids, is just at the end of the street.

Great spot for a ski weekend
We had a great time here for a 3 day - 2 night ski weekend. The place was well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend and clean. It was a great spot for a family to stay.

The nut house is great
Sue was very communicative and the little necessities like coffee, spices, oil were all there. Having firewood and starter was a great touch for the cold weekend. So close to the slopes was a perk especially not having to find parking on a busy holiday weekend was super. Comfortable beds and nice bulky towels made our stay complete! Would definitely book again

Another Amazing Stay
The Nut House is our go to place in Wintergreen. It's clean, comfy, and so well stocked. Access is easy and reliable each year. The location near the market and the inn cannot be beat. We also love that the complex has its own pool, but we also can use the pool down at Rhodes Farm. Highly recommend the Nut House!

This place was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the most well stocked and organized rental I’ve ever stayed in. It’s small, but the loft is roomy and everything was comfortable. The location is great. I would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful Visit at the Nut House
Property was easy to get to. Property was a short few steps from parking. Property was clean and well kept, very cute and quaint. Master bedroom was a wonderful size, and the loft area upstairs was unique and a great size. Everything was labeled for easy access, check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. Location was awesome, close to the resort, the Market, breweries, wineries, and Planet afitness. Property owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The Nut House is highly recommended.

Loved the Nut House
My husband and I stay at Wintergreen a couple times a year to do some hiking. This was the first time we stayed at the Nut House. We had a great time. The condo was very comfortable, clean and was well stocked with everything we needed. We had an issue with the internet when we arrived but the owner responded right away and fixed the problem quickly. I highly recommended the Nut House.

2nd Time Around was Excellent
this is our second time staying at the nut house and we absolutely love it. Everything is super comfortable for this day, it comes with both the pool on the mountain but also one down at Rhodes farm. The location is great and the house is so well stocked, which is important for us as we travel from far away. We highly recommend the Nut House.

Great Condo & ideally located within walking distance of slopes and restaurants.
So glad we found this condo available for a spur of the moment trip to Wintergreen. Condo was plenty of room for our teenagers and us. Nicely decorated and very well stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom needs. Very clean! The location was an added bonus that the slopes were in walking distance, as well as, several restaurants. I'm looking forward to another stay there for our next Wintergreen trip.

This condo is well-equipped and comfortable. For skiing, we were able to easily walk up some stairs and across the street to the Eagles Swoop ski slope. The walk to Dobie is a bit longer but manageable. As an extra bonus, we saw a few beautiful sunsets from the dining area window.

We loved this place! It is cute and has a really good vibe. It is a 3 minute walk to the resort. It is 1 minute walk to the small market. It was immaculately clean! The host thought of everything you might need, and it is all labelled so you can find it all easily! We were very impressed and would love to stay here again in the future!

Great location!
I have stayed on the mountain several times but never stayed in this specific area, and boy did I love it! The market was a short walk up the street and had everything you could want. The Inn is very close also! It's centrally located. The condo is two stories and spacious. I didn't use the loft upstairs but it had two twin beds and a full bath. It would be a great place for two couples or a family with kids. It was fully stocked with everything I needed and I loved that Netflicks was available! I will definitely book again.

We purchased this condo as a place to escape and relax. Our family loves to ski, and Wintergreen is beautiful resort and is easily accessible! We love coming here year round as well. There are lakes, and hiking trails, shopping and restaurants. Winery and brewery tours too.

Why they chose this property

We have rented here many times before purchasing our condo, We love that it is a short walk to the slopes, has a private pool, and the market is just at the end of the street!

What makes this property unique

We love the fact that there are no steps on our walkway, and our master bedroom is on the first floor.
