About this property

The Villas 66 Tahoe City Vacation Condo

Nicely remolded condo located in The Villas complex just just a few minutes' drive to Tahoe City. The Home Owner Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, two saunas with bathrooms, tennis courts and sand volleyball court (open summer only). Close to excellent hiking, public beaches, bike trails and Tahoe City for dining, shopping and entertainment. In the winter it is a short drive to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood ski resorts.

There is 1 assigned parking spot and other open 1st come 1st serve parking spots.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi.

Great Stay for Ski Weekend

We stayed here for a ski weekend and it was perfect! The property was clean and well stocked. The location is close to Palisades/Alpine. We had zero complaints and would love to stay here again!

Great stay at the Villas

Very nice, quiet area. Location very nice between Inclines Village and Tahoe City. Very nice first impression inside the home— beautiful, open, space for everyone and everything. Some traffic noise on the deck, but that’s to be expected. Overall, perfect for our needs.

Perfect townhome

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful townhouses central to a lot of activity. Great trails nearby and the marina a couple minutes up the road. There's not much of a view and the road is off the deck but if you're looking for a good home base while exploring, this is pretty solid.

Fabulous.

An amazing, well appointed home with all the necessary appointments . The home was warm, personable and fitting for a single or multiple families. Clean, well furnished, and not a thing I would change.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four of us stayed in August 2023. Nice place, perfect for us as my cousins live around the corner so very convenient. Parking was easy, very nice upgrades including the pots/pans/knives (thank you!!) The only negative I have is there are not closets in the upstairs bedroom or second bedroom. There is storage, however just not able to hang clothes in the bedrooms. The road noise is inevitable as the location is just off of 89, but we knew that going in.

Very clean and cozy condo - perfect for Tahoe vacation

We booked kinda last minute for Tahoe summer vacation for family. The condo is very clean, the appliance are all upgraded so that you have got everything you needed. The condo is with A/C with nest thermost! It is only 5 mins drive to the Tahoe city so it is very convent to the Marina/beach/restaurant/grocery store. Highly recommended

Lovely condo

Very much enjoyed our stay. Clean, nicely furnished, all the amenities we needed, well equipped kitchen, close to Tahoe City. HOA amenities not open Memorial Day weekend but not a big deal for us.

There were no TV instructions and we could not figure out how to get any broadcast TV (sports & news). I sent a question about the TV to the property management via the VRBO app, but they never answered the question.
