Large living area, separate dining room and fully remodeled kitchen. Main floor consists of full bath and bedroom. Upstairs are 3 additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. No smoking.

By the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay at 9 7th st. It has been nicely renovated. We enjoyed its proximity to the beach and the screened deck. Being close to the highway was not ideal but manageable.Next year's reno migth include fixing the exterior kitchen door and the one going out on the deck from living room. te former does nto close tightly you can see outside light, the latter is difficult to close and lock. Moreover, the lock to the door in the upstairs bedroom on the left needs adjusting as it does not work. We had to lock the storm door. these door suggestions are more for security and HVAC efficiency.
