1. TV and Entertainment:
• The apartment does not have traditional cable TV, but guests can access live cable channels through a "YouTube TV" subscription.
• Guests are instructed to click on the home app on the TV to access all the available channels.

2. Parking:
• Free street parking is available in front of the building.
• There's also a carport in the back alley, and it operates on a first-come, first-serve basis for guests.

3. Security Measures:
• The property is monitored for security purposes.
• Security cameras are installed in all common areas to enhance safety and surveillance.

4. Guest Verification:
• Guest verification is mandatory and is facilitated through Super Hog’s Know Your Guest, a vacation rental guest-screening provider
