This is a wonderful and brand new home with ample space for a family who is staying in Durham Region for short, medium and long term. It is a large house with 3 bedrooms and a 2 car garage, 2.5 bathrooms, dining area, living room, workspace and lots of storage throughout. If you like seating outside backyard, you will enjoy your barbecue while chatting.

The space

Each room feels large, with high ceilings and lots of details on all the carpentry. Bedrooms are carpeted and comfortable while the rest of the house has a sturdy hard flooring. The main floor and upstairs made with hardwood.
You are all welcome and enjoy your stay.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the full home, garage and outdoor spaces. Guest will not have access to the basement as it is primary used for utilities and storage.
