↣ A fully furnished and equipped kitchen with new appliances and all the kitchen necessities to prepare wonderful meals with your family. You will also have a dining area with table and chairs.
↣ A work area with desk, chair and monitor as well as fast WIFI allowing you to work comfortably.
↣ A modern bathroom including a large shower.
↣ Laundry room with washer and dryer in the unit.
↣ When you book at The Caiman, you'll have access to the building's common areas including a rooftop deck with pool, BBQ and dining area.

We have a smart TV that includes the Roku system that will allow you to connect to your Netflix, Prime Video and Disney + accounts.
*PARKING SPACE*
You have access to an indoor parking space 3 minutes walk from the residence. This parking lot doesn't have charging stations. You will be able to enter and exit at your convenience with the badge at your disposal.
If you have an electric vehicle that needs to be recharged, please let us know, an alternative indoor parking space will be provided for you. This facility is a 2-minute walk away and offers Level 2 charging stations (220 volts).
*TERRACE*
Discover our rooftop terrace with BBQs accessible year-round. Outdoor furniture is not available in the colder months, just the BBQs and the breathtaking scenery!
*ROOFTOP POOL*
The building has a heated pool on the roof that our guests can access during their stay.
- The pool is closed for the colder months of the year, usually from mid-October to mid-May. These dates may vary a little depending on the year's weather.
- The pool is reserved for the residents of the building. People not included in your booking are not allowed on site. There are no lifeguards on site. Thank you for always keeping an eye on your children.
