This home is very well located too! It’s one of its best features that many of our guests have commented on in our reviews. You’ll be within a 5-10 minute drive from many great beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and even the popular Grace Bay. You can take a nice stroll to Long Bay Beach (1.6 km|1 mile walking) and catch the sunrise or enjoy the water and have a tranquil beach day.

It’s the perfect place to enjoy any water sports in the turquoise waters of Long Bay Beach. And while the property is in a neighborhood that is a bit secluded from the hustle and bustle, it’s still very well located within 10 minutes of everything you’d need, from the best beaches to restaurants, to grocery stores and even to Grace Bay! You can get there in 6 minutes. The proximity of this property gives our guests the opportunity to enjoy an array of activities and dine at the most spectacular experience of island life.

Getting Around:
You’ll be approximately 14 km | 8.7 mi from Providenciales International Airport (PLS) and you’ll have parking at the property if arriving by car.

We highly recommend renting a car If you enjoy exploring and want to see the gorgeous island of Providenciales, as there is no organized public transportation on the islands. Or you can choose to taxi around if you prefer.

Please note that the local or emergency contact lives on the property but not in the house. Please contact her/him if needed during your stay or if you have a maintenance issue or other repair needed.

We provide some home/bath essentials to get you started, like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies are also provided, such as dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags however, none are replenished. You’ll find some coffee grounds and charcoal for the BBQ also just to get you started.

Early check-in/check-out and luggage storage can be accommodated without charge with prior notice and approval.

There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, that can be arranged for an additional fee of $85 USD. Just let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.

We kindly ask all of our guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please shake any sand from the beach off of your body and feet before entering the unit.
