Centrally located home. easy access to everything. Walk to restaurants, bars & cafes, estuary, 4 square and shops. Only 5 mins drive to the surf beach or the local golf club.
Spectacular views of the heads and the estuary from downstairs and upstairs decks or while relaxing in the spa.
Dedicated bbq area with pizza oven and a ceiling fan over the outside table to keep you cool while enjoying some food and drink.
The space
Spacious sunny elevated house. Large double bedrooms all with private decks. Great indoor/outdoor flow for entertaining.
Guest access
Guests can access entire property and grounds.
Other things to note
Property is not fenced so small children need to be supervised.

Great views in a good spot. Easy communication and helpful host. Walk to the estuary, not far from the main surf beach and town/shops. Plenty of space and great decks. Hot tub was good too. Thanks
