Ground floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard. Upstairs (1st floor) has one bedroom with Queen bed and the other bedroom contains a King Single Trundle bed and a Portacot.
There is also an additional trundler bed which can be made up in the living room area to accommodate a 5th guest - please note linen fee for this trundler bed will apply.
There are toys and books available for the kids.
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.
With heating and cooling available on both the ground floor and first floor, you can rest easy with a comfortable temperature wherever you are in the house.

You will have the entire property to yourself during your stay. The property is accessed via an electronic key pad.
The property comes with 1 allocated carpark to use during your stay, complete with EV charger - Type 2. Please note cable is not provided and you will need to bring your own.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. This is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
