Location: Winterpoint Townhome #14 is a 2 Bed/2.5 Bath Condo located right off 4 O'Clock Rd in Breckenridge, CO. Nestled between Peak 8 and 9, the Snowflake Lift is about a block away. Ski back to the condo with a short stroll from across the street (50yd stroll). Walking to the downtown area and around Breck is very easy. It is a 5-10 min walk to downtown to great shopping, amazing restaurants, fun bars and many more activities. Don't want to walk? The transit system is very easy to use. Bus routes can get you to the rec center, ice skating rink, grocery store and more.

Townhouse: Stonehaven is a remodeled, 3-level townhouse in Winterpoint Townhomes. The living room has tall, vaulted ceilings with plenty of room for all to sit. There is a flat-screen TV for all to watch. A sleeper sofa is located on this level, too. The next level is the kitchen and dining room. Room at the table for the family. Coffe-maker, dishwasher, stove, oven refrigerator and all the gadgets needed to prepare meals. The washer and dryer are also located on this level. There is a half-bath just around the corner. The top floor includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a tall queen-sized bed. It includes a larger closet and a smaller closet. A balcony is also located off this room. The bathroom has a large, tiled shower. The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed and a bunk bed(singles). The bathroom has a bathtub with shower head. A larger closet is included with this bedroom. There is a single-car, heated garage on the bottom floor of the condo, too.
The Upper Village Pool provides a heated swimming pool as well as hot tubs to soak after a day on the slopes. This is just a few hundred yards from the condo. The pools close in the shoulder seasons, so check first if you require them in off-season.

Perfect Ski Condo

The condo was perfect. The check in and check out were super easy and I could not believe how well stocked it was. The location is great, just a short walk to town and to the shuttle pick up to ski. Our family of four had plenty of space and loved how cozy it is. Justin was super quick to respond to any questions and we will definitely stay here again.

Great winter getaway

The location of this condo was perfect! We could walk to town for dinner but we could also walk to the slopes easily and get on the lift. Best of both worlds!

Stonehaven paradise

The condo was perfect - looked just like the pictures. Once acclimated to the elevation level - even the stairs didn't bother us. Very clean - all sorts of spices, etc to use while cooking. Very quiet complex. Location was terrific - short walk to anything you wanted to do. Would recommend highly!!!

Great home base for seeing the sites!

The home was clean and comfortable, and it's so nice to arrive and find essentials like salt and pepper, some spices, paper towels and a kitchen with everything needed to cook. There's even a hair dryer, iro and ironing board! We also lucked into coffee for the coffee maker and detergent, and were happy to leave what we didn't use for the next renters as well. We enjoyed the town of Breckenridge and its various shops, and restaurants, and ventured off to Vail, Rocky Mountain, The Dunes and more- Colorado isnt just for skiing! Thanks, Justin, for a great stay!

Perfect Getaway

Great Spring Ski Trip

First Family Spring Break in the Mountains

Our experience with the property lived up to the advertisement and positive feedback from others. The layout was great for a family of 5 and likely would work for even more. The bedrooms and bed setup was ideal. The kitchen was well appointed and it was a pleasant surprise to find many staples, condiments, and remnants from others filling the pantry and fridge. The location was ideal and Charter Sports was a great bonus just up the street. The only suggestions would be to offer some thinner pillows and it would be great if the swimming pool were warmer for the kids (but that's something out of control of this property owner).

A perfect Breckenridge ski trip!

My friends and I had a great time skiing Breckenridge in no small part due to this property. The house was perfectly located between the Snowflake lift and downtown, both within a short walking distance. It was so nice to be able to walk 2 blocks to the lift in the morning and home in the evening when your legs are spent! The house was very cozy, clean and well stocked. The layout was perfect for us especially with 2.5 baths. The garage was most appreciated for gear and convenience. We will definitely come back to this amazing property the next time that we are in town.

Perfect girls trip mountain getaway!

This was the perfect spot for 6 girls to get together for a ski/mountain weekend. We loved skiing down to snowflake lift and walking the short distance back. The hot tub and pool were spacious and well maintained. The townhome itself had nice beds, great living room, fit everyone at the dining table, and plenty of storage. We loved the location being so close to main street and the slopes and would definitely recommend.

Perfect ski in/out Breck unit

This unit checks all the boxes. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, short walk to the lift and Main St. - will definitely attempt booking this unit again before looking at other options when returning to Breck! Justin was great. Zero complaints.

I have lived in Breckenridge since 2000. The condo has been owned in our family since 1997. My parents lived in the condo for 10 years before they relocated. Prior, we visited Breck multiple times each year since 1981.

Why they chose this property

Years of traveling to Breckenridge resulted in finally deciding to buy this townhouse where we could easily ski in and out, as well as walk to town. Our first draw to Breckenridge was the skiing. But we soon found out how great this place is in the summer too. Hiking, golf, whitewater rafting, mountain biking, and fishing are just the tip of the iceberg!
