Louisville is known for it's friendly and welcoming people. This AirBnB will make you feel right at home. There is plenty of parking on the streets and its never an issue.

Getting Around:
There is a bus stop directly in front of the home. Ubers and Lyfts usually arrive within 2-5minutes.

Bird scooters are also a great way to “scoot” around town.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:

No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

Verification of Identity

This place did n ot look like the advertisement.This place was in a bad neighborhood. It was not clean , hallway walls patched up with no paint.Came with extras; we were pulling up to check in and 2 people were inside with the door open. We did not stay. We called to verify that we were at the right place. I was on Spring break with my grand kids .I called and chatted for about 2 days concerning a full refund. I did not stay there. They acknowledged the errors in the confirmation process. However, I was told ,our policy for cancelations has expired. They did not sent me the code to get in the house, because they need more information from me to verify my identity? They process the tranaction and send me an incomplete confirmation? Charge me an additional 35? My confirmation was not complete because their link for this process failed; it was not working. I emailed them and no one respondedThey took my payment, if the verification was not complete, why confirm it.

Nice place for a long weekend

The host was a great communicator and checked in to ensure we had what we need. House was clean and good size for our group. Short walk to a lot of great restaurants and bars. Easy to get to and ample parking.

Long weekend

The house was really nice. Pictures on the site were accurate. It was close to the nulu shops, great area. Not far from down town either. We had a great time!

Disappointed and disgusted

For the price that we paid to stay at this property we were very disappointed. Walls and ceilings were not painted and had plaster repair everywhere. Kitchen was not stocked well so do not plan to entertain here. Appliances were old and in poor shape. The floor in the hallway was spongy and felt like a rollercoaster walking down it as there were high to low spots. Carpet in one of the bedrooms was sticky and gross. The master shower has a giant mold patch that could be a science project growing on the ceiling. Shower doors were broken, and I had to come in and help move them for my wife to get in and out of. Back yard is a mess with broken table and a grill that I certainly would not use under any condition. Neighborhood is certainly one you do not want to walk to and from at night, so UBER was needed. I would not recommend this unit to anyone especially at the price point. We all wished we would have stayed at the downtown hotels for this type of money paid. I felt ripped off and was very disappointed

Not as advertised and not safe (black mold)

I have to admit we were very surprised when we showed up on Wednesday and the rental was vastly different than what we thought we rented from the posting and pictures. The ad had postings of a stylish and updated unit and comfortable back yard with a table and chairs. Here is what we found. The unit had a different decor from the minute you walked in. The stylish rug and coffee table were gone. A plain rug and no coffee table were in place. The normal sized television was replaced with a much smaller (too small to watch) television mounted to the wall. The kitchen had taped notes torn and tattered on the dishwasher and cabinets. Every wall in the kitchen, living room and throughout the house had been spackled to cover holes but not painted. The most concerning was the bathroom in the back of the house had black mold on a large section of the ceiling and an orange mold as well. It definitely did not look safe or sanitary. The shower caddy with shampoo did not work properly and was covered in shampoo and conditioner on the outside. The back yard was a severe disappointment. We picked this unit due to its walkability to restaurants and the ability to enjoy the evening relaxing outside. There was one chair lying in the overgrown weeds and a filthy table. The weeds were tall and nothing clearly had been cleaned or maintained in some time. Our rental was made days before another similar complaint was posted. The owner clearly made no attempt to repair the unit.
