Bring the whole family to this fantastic house with lots of room for fun and relaxation. Take advantage of the many modern features available at this property, such as the well-equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and large lounge room.

The house is situated on a quiet street that overlooks bushland. The beautiful and patrolled Malua Bay beach, along with shops and restaurants, are within 1km. You beach escape awaits!

BEDROOMS:
The three bedrooms have built-in-robes with different bed configurations (1x king, 1x queen, 2x single beds). A ceiling-mounted or pedestal fan is included in each bedroom.

BATHROOM and ENSUITE:
The bathroom has a vanity, shower, bath and toilet. The ensuite has a vanity, shower and toilet.

KITCHEN:
The combined kitchen/dining area provides an elevated view over the surrounding bushland. The fully equipped kitchen includes:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- microwave
- dishwasher
- toaster
- kettle
- crockery and cutlery
- pots and frying pan

LIVING ROOM:
The spacious living room has two comfortable couches and a large-screen TV.

LAUNDRY:
The laundry is equipped with a front-loading washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. A clothes line is provided in the backyard.

OUTDOORS:
The house provides options for outside dining/entertaining under the covered alfresco area at the front, the deck at the rear, or the huge pavilion in the back yard. The back yard is fully enclosed.

PETS:
Pets will be considered on application. A pet fee may apply.

GUEST ACCESS
There is a key-safe for self check-in. One guest key set is provided. Please take care of the key as replacement may incur a fee.

Great Time!
A quiet weekend away with mates was perfect thanks to the spacious and well equipped accomodation! Nothing better than a BBQ while relaxing outside in the super comfortable backyard.

Amazing Property and Location
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. Firstly, the communication with the host was excellent. They were responsive to messages, making sure that all of my questions were answered and that I had all the information I needed before my arrival. When I arrived at the property, I was immediately impressed and it felt like a home away from home. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The amenities were also fantastic. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook my own meals, and the bathroom had all the essentials I could ask for. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft and luxurious. One of the highlights of my stay was the location. The property was in a great neighborhood, close to public transportation and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. Overall, I had an amazing stay at this property and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient and enjoyable stay. The host was wonderful, the space was beautiful and the location was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Growing up, my family and I would travel to the South Coast for the school holidays. We enjoyed visiting the many beaches in the area, cooling off in the ocean, or catching a feed of fish for dinner. I have so many amazing memories from my many adventures here.

This three bedroom family home offers plenty of space. There are three bedrooms (including the master with ensuite), bathroom, laundry, kitchen and main living space upstairs. Outside you will love the large pavilion, deck, and alfresco offering a range of outdoor dining and entertaining options. If you are looking for a place where you can unwind and relax, this is the perfect hideaway for you!
