It is also conveniently located just a minutes walk into Caloundra CBD and a short stroll to a choice of dining along the beachfront. You can easily park your car in the lock up garage and walk everywhere.
The unit has 3 bedrooms and will sleep 6 people in a King, Queen and 2 Singles. There are 2 bathrooms and a ceiling fan in the main bedroom. The unit gets a lovely ocean breeze, and there are fly screens throughout.
The unit is located on the third floor with stairs. The complex offers a nice swimming pool.
