Plenty of activities to keep the kids off screens & the famous Boongaree Play park minutes away. 4 Bd home featuring a King, 2 x Queen bds, kids bd with double/single bunk and a trundle. Watch the sunset over the escarpment on the new deck, take a walk in the forest or have a fire pit and enjoy nature all around.

Brought this home in 2022. We have since renovated and brought all new furniture. We live in Sydney and want to share own home with those who will love and respect it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
With 6 acres and plenty of different way to enjoy this land it makes a wonderful escape from the City. Berry is walking distance away so you can enjoy a meal, drink or what local festival/markets they have on and when you get home you have peace and quiet. The land is beautiful with all the trees and the forest area. The kids have the playground, trampoline and swing plus so much space to play ball sports. We have animals visiting like wallabies, kookaburras, rabbits, wrens and robins. It is a great house with all the comforts you need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. It's close enough to Sydney to not make it a long trip and yet so different. The beach at the end of our road and the neighbouring suburbs of Gerroa and Gerringong have long been a holiday destination for us. There is something for everyone here to do and yet you can stay all weekend on the property and never leave having so much space to enjoy.

Close to wedding venues which Berry is well know for. Has a beautiful country feel yet the ocean is just there.
