7) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.

8) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, love bugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we?ll do our very best to remedy the situation.

9) Important  Notice Regarding Security Cameras: For the safety and security of the property and our guests, please be aware that there are surveillance cameras located on the premises.
A front door camera to monitor the entrance area. One camera positioned at the back of the property. These cameras are active only in public outdoor areas and do not monitor private spaces such as the interior of the home or the pool area. They are used solely for security and safety reasons.


10) The resort's clubhouse amenities are accessible to you for no additional charge during your stay!
Please be aware that the clubhouse administration may charge - optional - additional costs for some activities, such as special events, seasonal activities, the renting of sporting goods, or other activities.
The property distance to the main clubhouse is: around 07 minutes by car.

To confirm the reservation, all guests must sign the rental agreement sent by TBVH, and upload a photo of a valid ID, Credit Card, and a selfie holding both documents. Please note that if we don't receive the rental agreement, documents, and payment, your reservation will not be confirmed and it will be canceled within 24 hours after booking.
