About this property

Beautiful Modern Award Winning Guest Home- N.Van

Welcome to our beautiful, award winning guest house. 1100 sqft of modern design with a comfortable, bright, living space.
2 bedroom/2 bath, kitchen, living, office & laundry. A main floor patio w/lounge, dining & fire pit area, as well as a second floor master patio (w/ peekaboo view of the ocean & city). EV charger.
The home is private & separate from the main house. Very safe and central neighbourhood in North Van, close to many amenities, mountains, hikes, kids parks, transit & much more!
Our place is a non smoking, full sized guest home with its own parking, entrance and outdoor living space.
It is equipped with a full size kitchen and living room, office space, two full bathrooms, a master and guest bedroom. There are laundry facilities on the upper floor and plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. The main floor has in floor heating as well as in the bathrooms. The house is also equipped with air-conditioning and a fire place depending on the season.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and more. We make sure to have the essentials like oils, salt and pepper etc. Garbage bags, green waste bags, hand and dish soap are also available.

The Living room as a 65' TV and a go0gle home mini speaker, a modern large sectional and arm chair.

The office has a small work desk as well as a lounge couch, and TV.

The main floor bathroom has large glass shower, where the upstairs has a shower/tub combo for those that like their bath time!

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with brand new Endy mattress, and walk in closet. Wake up to large triple pane windows and take in the peekaboo view of the ocean and city, or, step out on to the master patio with a 2 piece conversation set or lounge chair to relax on.

The Guest room has a full sized queen bed and pillow top mattress as well as full closet space for belongings.

Open the large, glass, sliding doors on the main floor and bring the outside in. Here you will find a large outdoor dining table, a beautiful modern sectional, fire-pit, BBQ and water feature.

Lydia was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Great to be able to park the car. Perfect place for ur to stay while visiting family in Vancouver.

I will make myself as available as I can be during your stay and am usually able to be in touch within an hour or so. We live in the main house out front of the property and work close by so if you need anything we can be in contact pretty quickly.

Why they chose this property

We are located in a very central family friendly neighbourhood in North Vancouver. Close to Lower and Central Lonsdale, full of great shops, markets and whatever you may be looking for. We have a small shopping area one block away that includes restaurants (BLVD Bistro- Local favourite), Bagel Factory, British Butcher & Goods, S'wich Cafe (best sandwiches in town!!) convenient store and more. We are a 5 minute drive to our local sea bus to take you downtown Vancouver within 13 mins. Or take a walk down which takes about 20 mins at a nice leisurely pace. Bus stops are a 2-5 minute walk from our front door, or call a local taxi company to pick you up. We have a handful of microbreweries in our area, all a short distant walk away.
We are close to the local mountains (10-20 mins) for hiking, biking, skiing and more!! North Van is great for outdoor adventure seekers or for those wanting to walk along the seawall by the ocean, or go shopping at Park Royal or Lynn Valley mall l! We honestly have it all! We genuinely love this location and know you will too.
