Tucked away in a quiet Carmel-by-the Sea neighborhood is this sweet home which is surrounded by a lush garden and a picket fence.
Front, side and rear patios and garden seating will draw you outside where you can stop and smell the roses both literally and metaphorically.

The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully-equipped vacation home is positioned on a particularly quiet street but is centrally located to all Carmel area attractions. Some may wish to walk to downtown area which is just several blocks away, others will prefer to drive, either way it is just a short distance to all the world-class eateries, shopping and galleries that make Carmel-by-the-Sea such a popular destination. In under 45 minutes you can be exploring the village of Big Sur to the south or the Santa Cruz boardwalk to the north and all the Monterey Peninsula attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium are just a short drive away from your delightful home-away-from-home.

Living Space
A small entry is a great place to leave your shoes and hang your jacket when you step into this charming abode.
High ceilings in the living room lend a gracious feeling to the home. Updated floors flow through the living spaces and bedrooms.
A leather sofa and two upholstered armchairs sit in front of a gas fireplace and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Shelves full of interesting books are at hand for cozy rainy day reading. Well-equipped for extended stays!

Kitchen and Dining
The colorful, tiled kitchen is bright and cheery and equipped with all the essentials and then some including small appliances like a blender, hand mixer, immersion blender, electric tea kettle, coffee bean grinder, conventional drip coffee maker, food processor and even a panini maker. A charcoal BBQ grill is on the side patio just outside the kitchen for an additional cooking option.
Even washing-up is a delight at the corner sink with windows that look out onto the garden.
A convenient dedicated laundry area with additional storage is on the far end of the kitchen.
Gather at the round dining table and enjoy meals together when you dine in.

The recently updated hallway accessed bathroom has a new shower-over-tub.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
Dogs should not be left alone on the property at any time. Please note that the yard is fenced but the fence is low around a goodly portion of the property.

Off street parking for two-three vehicles in the narrow driveway. Street parking is scanty in front of the house but one block away you'll find more options if needed. The garage is not available to guests.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
