$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Amazing Stay!
This place was just as pictures! They had everything you could think of needing. Fully stocked kitchen, family games, beach toys, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and carts to get everything down to the beach! You have the most beautiful views of the ocean sunsets and sunrises and there are so many places to eat out at! If you have the chance to stay here I would highly recommend it. We will most definitely be back!!

Nice condo, but needs some maintenance.
The condo complex and amenities were great, but there were some maintenance and cleaning issues that added up. When we got there it was obvious the cleaning crew does not take pride in their work. Ten minutes in to being there my crawling baby had an entirely black leg from scooting around on the dirty floor. Additionally, we had two king size beds that were made with queen size bedding. Some maintenance issues we encountered included a patio door that did not lock. Property management told us that it was not their problem and we needed to take it up with iTrip. Additionally, we spent three days trying to track down someone at the front to get us a second parking pass. Finally, the condo claimed to be baby friendly, but the tub was missing a drain plug and with no grip in the base it made for a difficult time giving baths. And the outlets that were not attached to the walls and cockroaches made for a less than relaxing time managing small children. While we might choose to stay at Romar place again, this would not be a condo we would revisit.

Room 403 came with the perfect view. Our family greatly enjoyed our time together. We will definitely try to be back. The only downside was an elevator broke & the parking is a lot vs a garage. All things not in the owner’s control.

It was a great stay in a very safe location. Check in was easy. A couple of things you should know is that Publix is 10 minutes away which is great, you’re gonna need it. Any place that offers 3 bed 2 bath is going to need some basic necessities, and they provide nothing extra. While the email said we would have to provide our own, I kind of expected at least enough toilet paper for 2 days. Also, checkout was 10am and at 940am the cleaning crew DID NOT knock, they just let themselves in with a code. When I said, it’s not even 10 yet they said they didn’t speak English. So make plans to be completely out by 930 or someone might let themselves in. They didn’t even back up like oh we will come back in a few minutes, they proceeded in🙄. The room was clean, the balcony was nice and the walk to the beach is short. We never waited on an elevator and those worked quickly. There was a closet on the balcony that had beach chairs and floats that we discovered the second day. Big Mikes will have the best steak you’ve ever eaten but it’s pricey…and well worth it. Cactus cantina is great and FAST. Make sure you take advantage of the dolphin tour sunset ride, it doesn’t disappoint. Would we go back? Absolutely.

We stayed for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was perfect and beach access was easy. The complex was quiet and the condo itself was spacious and comfortable. The balcony is fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. The set-up is perfect for a family. The kitchen is supplied with the regular items and more. Definitely useful if you cook a lot like us. Washer and Dryer were definitely used by us and worked great. Definitely will be staying here again.

Me and the family spent almost a week here and was amazing. The view was the best part. I could of just sat on the patio and watched the waves come in all day we were so close to the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything you have at your own house. Every kitchen utensil you can imagine and more. Beds were comfortable the master shower is large and has great updated feel. Will be booking this same condo next year and the years to come. Well worth it and can't wait till next year.
