Pool Opening Details
Sandpiper Run A and B sit along the direct oceanfront on each side of the pool. Sandpiper Run condos have an ocean view and feature 2, 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans. The primary bedroom also enjoys an ocean view. Building A features unique two-story townhouse-style floor plans in 2, 3, and 4 bedroom configurations. Building B consists of single level, 3 bedroom units only. All primary bedrooms are located along the oceanfront and feature a private ocean view balcony. Enjoy an ocean view from the living room, balcony, and primary bedroom with its own private balcony. There are two elevators in each building, open stairs at the end of the breezeways, and convenient trash chutes on every floor. Renters are not allowed to bring pets.

Sandpiper Run and The Crescent are located along the oceanfront just north of the Litchfield by the Sea clubhouse. This community has four buildings surrounding one of the largest pools in Litchfield Beach. Sandpiper A and B sit along the oceanfront at each end of the pool, with Crescent C and D enjoying an ocean view over the pool. Each building has 2 elevators, assigned parking, and luggage carts as a convenience for guests. Amenities include landscaped grounds and paved pathways, a large oceanfront pool complex featuring a pool, kiddie pool, spa, cabana, picnic, grill area, and boardwalk access to the beach. *Please note children in swim diapers are not allowed in the pool.
CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
