Immaculate, modern unit in the heart of Nelly Bay, overlooking the Marina, parkland and the stunning resort pool.
The unit is beautifully appointed with stylish, comfortable furnishings. The kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge and full cooking facilities and opens to the wide covered deck with outdoor seating and BBQ.
Upstairs is 3 bedrooms, the spacious master bedroom has a private balcony, Wall-mounted TV, walk in robe and an amazing en suite bathroom with spa bath and shower. The main bathroom has a separate toilet and there is a third toilet and full laundry off the living room.
