Guest access
You have access to the whole area of the house. It is a split level house and have stairs going downstairs to the retreat which opens up to patio, mini golf and a large backyard. There is security camera at the front of the property

Other things to note
This house in not wheelchair friendly. There are some steps to the main entrance of the house. There is one bedroom and toilet on the lower ground level floor, whilst 5 bedrooms are on the ground level.
The basic room price is based on 8 guests sharing 4 rooms, otherwise extra guests fee applies. Please select the right amount of guest as extra bedding/linen/towels will not be provided for more than 8 unless selected. There is an extra $30 for each extra guest, if more than 8 guests.
Our space can accommodate up to 16 guests with extra bedding provided. Extra bedding for extra guests would be 3 single beds and 3 sofa beds

Wonderful property, lovely host
We really enjoyed our stay and Pemmy was such a lovely, attentive host. The house is beautiful - so much space - and has a great outdoor area as well. Highly recommend!

Great for a group meeting
We had five adults from different parts of the country who are volunteer board members. We used the house for accommodation and for a day of meetings. We appreciated the kitchen, open spaces and comfy couches. It was good to have three toilets, and multiple living areas so we weren't on top of each other. It was easy to order food using an app, or drop in to local supermarkets for supplies. We enjoyed the basket of treats that was provided by our host too! The rooms are large and comfortable, and it was a relaxing environment.

Old house with great location but had ants everywhere
The house is very conveniently located in Kew and easy drive to the CBD. Unfortunately, that's about the only good thing about this place. On the first night, we found discarded drug paraphernalia in the kids bedroom (2nd living room). I can only suspect it's from the previous guess, but the lack of attention to cleaning is obvious through the house. Over the mext few days, we had trails of ants in our food items in the kitchen, and randomly in our beds. We ended up having to resort to store everything in the fridge (including bread and biscuits) and bug spray the house every day. After our stay, the owner tried to blame us for broken items that we didn't touch and billed us a ridiculous amount for the claimed damage. In hindsight, I wish I paid a bit more for the other options in Kew. Even if you don't mind the price, it's not worth ruining your trip fighting with ants everywhere.
