The property listed the following activities we were all looking forward to doing: Karaoke - Did not work so the property manager organised for a someone else to bring in another karaoke machine - it was mostly in an Asian language; Indoor golf simulator - the property manager could not get this to work; 20 seat cinema - half the reclining chairs did not recline and one of the seats was broken; Indoor heated pool - this was good; Tennis court - this was good.
The kitchen and table were sticky; The cutlery draws were so dirty, we had to wash the cutlery we were going to use beforehand.
The garden was overgrown.
The rubbish bin should have been collected on the Thursday, we arrived on the Friday and it was full. This meant we couldn't empty out the rubbish we collected throughout the weekend.
This place would have been so grand if it had been maintained well.
