It will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests, comprising of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, lounge and dining, separate children’s living and an alfresco entertaining area.
In the heart of the home, you will find the gorgeous open plan living with floor to ceiling sliding doors opening out to the undercover entertaining area making a seamless transition to alfresco dining.
Become a master chef in this expansive kitchen which features an enormous island bench, ample storage, walk-in butler’s pantry, built in appliances including a 900mm gas cooktop, undermount electric oven, dishwasher, large plumbed double door fridge/freezer and a Breville coffee machine.
A comfortable lounge/dining area is adjacent to the kitchen complete with a flat screen smart TV, gas heater and dining table.

The chiefs of the household will be elated to retire to their own master bedroom located at the front of the home boasting a walk-in robe and large ensuite. Down the hall you will find 3 more bedrooms, the main bathroom, laundry and the kids hang out.

Cleaning: A cleaner will be hired on your behalf and the cost is included in your rental fee.
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
