Wood, natural stone, cust. lighting & beautiful limestone floors. Built 2018 & remodeled in '23 this home shines new. Just steps away you’ll find the beauty of the Sea2Sky Trail for snowshoeing and hikes. Golf? A short drive to Nicklaus North but also closer to Big Sky than most. Lakes & nature abound. A/C on main level bedrooms & living rooms up and down.
Please note as part of subdivision bylaws and to ensure a wonderful stay, a live-in caretaker in a separate suite is available to clean the home prior to your arrival and answer any questions when available. Not to worry—no interior spaces are shared. Please also note that although we have a no pet policy we are unable to guarantee our home is pet hair free for those with severe allergies.

We're a local family that loves our pups, skiing, snowboarding and the outdoors!
Why they chose this property
We renovated this home in 2023, despite it being built in 2018 and set it up specifically for family and friends to come and enjoy so when we're all away we want to have all the stuff we don't have at home up there...so it's a real getaway and an actual relaxing vacation. Wood-fired hot tub sets the mood for an outdoorsy adventure, and when we're worn out after a long day on the slopes we hit up the cedar sauna. Super relaxing neighbourhood and home that backs onto a forest so super cozy to be practically "a cabin in the woods" except its a big home. With the Sea2Sky Trail at the top of our street, it's just such a beautiful trail to get away from it all and go snowshoeing or hiking.
What makes this property unique
Custom lighting, limestone flooring on main, fir & wood features throughout, full natural masonry 3-way fireplace, TV's in both main masters, and a large 85" Neo QLED TV that doubles as a picture to keep ambience.
QLED TV's in both upper masters also double as picture frames. PlayStation in 75" curved QLED TV downstairs and Nintendo Switch upstairs with loaded games. Board games. Pool table/ping pong conversion for table. So many features to keep everyone entertained.
Exceptionally quiet and serene at night in a small new neighborhood with beautiful large homes. Home was very recently renovated in 2023 and originally built in 2018 to the highest of standards.
Family-friendly mudroom and entertainment room with HD projector, cable, and Apple TV also included. Air conditioning in both upper master bedrooms, and both main living rooms in both upper and lower suites. Two paddle boards, beach towels, sun chairs, and beach umbrella included for guest use in garage. Hammock on downstairs patio for relaxing.
