Caddy bay village, estevan village, oak bay avenue, willows beach, all within minutes. Downtown victoria 10 minute bus or cab ride.

Perfect for UVIC conference
Perfect location. Just two blocks from UVIC. Neighborhood of Cadboro Bay is very quiet and great trails for walking. Our dogs were happy with easy access to outdoors. Beautiful interior design and landscaping. Wonderful find. Still easy to all our favorite restaurants in downtown.

This is an absolutely beautiful property. The yard is immaculate, beautiful and most importantly private. The house was clean, beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were large, spacious and comfortable. We didn't want to leave!

Lovely Property
The house is in a quiet neighborhood, was clean, comfortable (including temperature), roomy and has a well stocked kitchen. But the backyard was what we loved most - lovely and so private. It felt like we were in a secluded haven away from anyone else. We all enjoyed this stay. If you have mobility issues, know that the bedrooms are on the second floor.

Beautiful stay in Cadboro Bay
Our stay at Jessica’s place was a highlight of the trip. Our group included 4 adults and 3 kids under 5 so we needed a place with space to allow for naps and to give our 2 families privacy. The house itself is beautifully decorated with large kitchen where we could all eat together, and grassy front and back yards for the kids to play. The bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty spacious. Entire house was spotless when we arrived and communicating with Jessica about arrival was very easy. Location wise it was perfect. Close to Cadboro Bay (walkable but we drove with the kids) which has a great park and beach. It is also located in a beautiful neighbourhood with public access to the beaches along Beach Drive. To get to the downtown it was a quick drive or Uber so I preferred this location over being closer to downtown. Victoria itself is a beautiful town and perfect for our summer vacation. We would certainly consider staying at this location again should we return to Victoria.
