Large Townhome - short walk to Village centre
Ideally located just 5-7 minutes walk to the Village and ski lifts - everything you need, yet quiet and spacious. Ample parking (garage & driveway) and all the necessary amenities in house.
The Ski in/out trail nearby within the complex is a bit of a hike but if you are OK climbing stairs and walking uphill to get on the ski run.
Owned by same family for 15+ yrs...hasn't been rented for many years.
We are new to VRBO and want to make sure your expectations are met. Our home is priced well but it is not perfect...there are some minor repairs we need to make ( some floor tile in one of the bathrooms is slightly cracked and needs to be redone). I can say with absolute confidence that you will be comfortable and relaxed...and we will ensure the place is spotless and clean linens and other nice touches are made.

All the home is available except we have a couple closets which will be locked off for owner storage.
