Gorgeous two-story home with central heating! Located in the forested neighborhood of Sugarloaf, you'll find relaxation among the trees at this traditional log cabin mountain home. Close to the National Forest and Sugarloaf Park. Short drive to all Big Bear has to offer, including the ski resorts!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1660+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, 2 beautiful river rock wood burning fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master suite has a king bed, sitting area, smart TV, wood burning fireplace, and private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed and TV. Upstairs third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with pool table and smart TV! Board games and card games. Smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Washer/dryer available.
OUTDOORS - Large fully fenced yard with spacious deck and built in gas barbecue.
PARKING - 4 car driveway
