GC Getaways welcomes you to our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 134sqm apartment located on the 29th floor in the prestigious Oracle Tower 2 in the heart of Broadbeach!
Located just a stone's throw away from the beach, and within walking distance to some of the Gold Coast's best restaurants, cafes, and bars, this apartment is the perfect base for your next Gold Coast getaway.
The apartment boasts stunning views of the ocean and Gold Coast skyline and features a spacious open-plan living area, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the Gold Coast. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a large 65” flat-screen TV with an inbuilt chromecast, perfect for a movie night in.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave, and is stocked with all the necessary utensils to cook up a delicious meal. We also supply basic condiments from sauces, oils, salt/pepper.
The master bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable king-size bed (that can also be 2 single beds upon request) and features a modern ensuite bathroom with a stand alone bathtub with ocean views and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (can be a king-sized bed upon request), perfect for kids or friends traveling together. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway and features a walk in shower and toilet.
A rollaway bed can be provided for the 5th guest. Porta-cot available and high chair provided. Please bring your own linen.
Online check-in form and Rental Agreement: Due to the number of people booking under false names and using stolen credit cards, we require an Online Check-in Form to be completed which requires a copy of Government Identification in the name of the person booking and a selfie matching the ID. A booking is not finalised until this is completed.
Rental Agreement: You will receive a "Thank you for booking message" which will include a link to the Rental Agreement which covers house rules and the details of your individual booking. By proceeding with the booking you are agreeing to the house rules and the rental agreement
Payment: A credit card is required to secure your booking and will be validated at the time of the reservation. Full payment is required 14 days prior to your arrival.
Other amenities include air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer.
The building itself features world-class facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, sauna, BBQ area and theatre room, available for your use during your stay.
No check-ins or check outs on Christmas Day, New Years day or Easter Sunday.

Keys are collected from the Friendly Grocer in Broadbeach which is a 7 min walk from your apartment.

Open from 6am to midnight 7 days a week. Check-in outside of these times is not available.

This is a non smoking building including balconies and common areas.
No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment, balcony or building - $250 fee for smoking indoors or on the balcony.
No parties or events. No Schoolies.
A copy of your Government identification and a selfie must be provided at the time of booking through the completion of the Online Booking form. This must match the name of the person making the booking.
No pets. If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. A fee of $500 is charged to cover these cleaning costs.
The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time.
Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.
Additional cleaning fees of $66 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.
No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday.
$250 fee for each lost key.
Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we're here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (11pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be paid before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
Consumables: We provide a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.
