Whether you are coming up to the mountains for a getaway to ski or stay and enjoy our beautiful cool summer weather and activities, Der Steiermark 107 has everything you'll need year-round. This studio has a queen size bed and an additional sleeper sofa that folds out to a twin bed, perfect for up to 3 people.

There is a cozy wood burning fireplace, balcony with partial mountain view, full size, stocked kitchen and full size bathroom. The location is right in the heart of town putting you in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops and it's just a short walk across the street to hit the slopes. Enjoy a soak in the large community hot tub after the day's activities. The Mi Casa Mexican restaurant is onsite along with a ski/board and bike shop for your convenience. Each floor has laundry machines as well.

The complex offers in unit wi-fi, heated underground parking, a hot tub, onsite laundry, on site ski rental shops, and Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant.

Condo in August

Get location and the perfect size for our needs. Very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Bed and couch are in dire need of an upgrade.

No ventilation caused sickness

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Without air conditioning or proper ventilation (which we were unaware of), we had to leave the back door (and at times the front door) open to cool the room. I ended up getting sick with a bad sore throat due to the above and dust in the room. In addition, drawers in the kitchen almost fell on my foot since the sliders did not function properly. We thought that the location would yield a high quality room, but I would not stay there again. It is two days after staying there and I still have a bad cough and sore throat.
