Our home is perfectly situated just 100 meters from the Blairgowrie front beach and the Harry Blythe Playground on Adelaide Street. A three-minute drive (or ten-minute walk) will take you to the Blairgowrie shopping strip, where you can find great cafes, restaurants, a butcher, an IGA and a bottle shop. A ten-minute drive will take you to Sorrento and the Ocean Beach Road shopping strip, and a seven-minute drive will take you to Woolworths, Rye.

Other attractions in the area include the Alba Thermal Springs & Spa and the Peninsula Hot Springs (15 minutes by car), the Enchanted Adventure Park (25 minutes by car) and stunning wineries (30 minutes by car). The nearby Rye festival offers fun entertainment for children during the summer holidays and is just a five-minute drive away.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:

1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 11
3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 3 days post-checkout.

Guest Limit Policy:
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing which is 11. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.

Great house in an even better location
We loved this house! It was clean, had everything we needed and in a great location. Plenty of space and the downstairs/pool area; awesome for entertaining. My only critique would be the super firm mattresses on the beds but this of course is personal preference. All in all an excellent stay.

Great place for a family holiday
We had a fabulous stay. The house was very clean and easily accommodated 6 adults and 5 children. The pool was beautiful. Even though it rained all weekend we still made use of it and were surprised at how warm the water was. The kitchen had plenty of room and equipment. There was ample parking on the property for our 3 cars and check in was easy. A highlight was the pool table down stairs which was in great condition and ready to play. The location is great being only a short walk to the beach. The only fault I could mention is that the dining table was not able to accommodate more than 6 people, but this would not be a problem for many families and if the weather had been nicer, we could have made use of the 2 outdoor tables instead. I would also like to say that I really appreciate the pool towels supplied, ample bath towels, toilet paper and pillows and also the books and games. If you prefer a dishcloth to a dish sponge, I would suggest bringing one, it's become an item I now always pack when staying away from home, as many holiday rentals will only have a sponge or brush. One more compliment is on the soap, shampoo and conditioner supplied, there was plenty and it was of great quality and smell! Thanks for a great experience :)

Family weekend in Blairgowrie
We 9A family of 8 adults) spent a weekend at this amazing property and would love to return. The house was spotlessly clean and very well supplied with everything. The living areas are very modern, lovely furniture, and so spacious with lots of natural light. Bedrooms very comfortable. The pool is great, pretty big and solar heated. Nice back garden, quite large. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and local shops. Very highly recommended.
