Only 15 mins to the airport. Blocks away from Health Sciences Center, Women's Hospital and Children's Clinic. This centrally located 3 story character home offers easy access to Downtown, Red River College and the The University of Winnipeg. Park for free in our gated back yard.

This is a very Large character home that has been converted into 3 separate units. This unit is the largest of the 3 and has a front and a rear access off the parking lot. There will be other guests on the main floor occupying the 2 other suites This suite offers 4 spacious bedrooms, a living room, separate dining room, kitchen, one full bathroom plus an extra toilet room. Perfect for work crews/ groups. Not recommended for families with young children.
Other things to note:
This unit is spread out over the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house so stairs are a must. The house is downtown. This is a lower income neighborhood

My husband and I hail from Jamaica. However, Canada has been home now for decades. Hosting has given us the opportunity to not only provide a comfortable place for those in need of a home away from home, but has also enabled us to support our local community. Our cleaners, maintenance personnel, numerous restaurants and other local businesses benefit from guests visiting our homes. Offering food and/or shelter is the greatest way to show our humanity.

Why they chose this property
There aren't many affordatplaces to stay while visiting the Hospital for lengthy treatments. This house is within walking distance to one of the most important hospitals we have here on the Parties. The Health Sciences Center which includes Children's Hospital and Cancer Care, We offer this place as an option for those still needing a place make home made meals and to simply call home while visiting this area of the city for whatever reason.
It is an older neighborhood with low income homes but, it's affordable, clean and in a convenient location.

What makes this property unique
This is one of the largest homes on the street. It stands out with the big wrap around porch and tall frame. Lots of character. It you enjoy older buildings, you will definitely appreciate this one
