Welcome to your vacation rental condo nestled in the beautiful woods of California! This condo features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths, providing space for up to 6 guests.
Although it is not the most modern, updated unit, it is centrally located to all of the amenities that Tahoe donner has to offer. PRICED ACCORDINGLY!

After a day of outdoor adventures, come back to your cozy vacation rental condo and relax on the private balcony, taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding forest. When it's time to rest and recharge, retreat to one of the three bedrooms, each featuring comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the two other bedrooms share a second full bathroom.
This home does not have Air Conditioning
MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.
Our home is stocked with a 2 day Home Supply Starter Kit including:
Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
Two rolls of paper towels,
4 laundry pods,
4 dishwasher pods,
1 new dish sponge,
1 small liquid dish soap,
Shampoo, Conditioner,
Body Wash, Hand soap,
2 Kitchen Garbage Bags.
Please add these items to your shopping list if you will be staying longer and need additional supplies.
