Important Notes for Your Stay at Angel Sea
As a guest in a residential area, we ask that you be considerate of the noise levels. Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 7am to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

For pet lovers, Angel Sea welcomes up to 2 dogs, provided they are housebroken and friendly with other pets and people. A one-time non-refundable fee of $200 per pet will be required at the time of booking, which covers extra cleaning and sanitation. A refundable damage deposit of $250 will also be collected. If there are any complaints about barking or disruption, we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet from the property. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 charge, and you may be asked to vacate. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Flexible Cancellation Policy for Your Anna Maria Island Getaway
You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund, minus a $495 processing fee and any third-party travel insurance fees, if applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in, or for reservations booked within 60 days, are non-refundable.

To cancel, simply send written notice via email from the address associated with your reservation.

If you cancel within 60 days of your check-in, we will relist the property for rent. If the property re-rents, we will refund the rental amount minus the $495 processing fee and any price differences.
