Welcome to "Cape Coastal" with beautiful gulf access home. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 1,900 square feet of space sleeps 8 guests comfortably. You will enjoy the canal views, screened in lanai and heated saltwater pool.
You and your guests will be sure to love the layout of this home. When you walk in the home you are greeted by the large sectional couch and flat screen TV. There is beautiful airy décor throughout the home. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all of the kitchen essentials needed to make a delicious meal! There is also a dining table that seats 6 guests. The living room has direct access to the lanai area through the large sliders and allows for a very open feel with beautiful views throughout the kitchen and living room.
This home has 4 bedrooms. The king master bedroom has a TV and direct access to the pool and lanai area through a slider door. The master bathroom ensuite has a walk in shower and separate jetted tub. The other three guest bedrooms feature queen beds. There is a blow up mattress available for extra flexibility in the bedding arrangement. You will also find a portable pack and play crib and high chair in the home for the little ones.
A key feature of the home is the large heated salt water pool! There are several loungers to soak up the Florida sun! In case you are in need of shade there is also an umbrella out on the lanai. There is also a table and chairs to enjoy delicious meals alfresco and a bonus TV on the lanai! The boat dock is available for guest use too!
