Enjoy the peace and quiet of a small lakeside, leafy community called Green Point, just south of Forster Tuncurry on the Mid North Coast of NSW. Just a 3.5 hours drive north from Sydney, escape and switch off and explore the natural beauty of our area. Walk out the back of your holiday home and straight down to the lake where you have direct access to paddleboard, kayak, fish or go boating and explore the waterways. There is a boat ramp to launch your boat just down the road. Go on bushwalks around Green Point and surrounding areas including Booti Booti National Park headland walk.
The property is family & pet friendly with kids retreat bedrooms downstairs! The master bedroom is on the upper level, so it also feels like its own retreat featuring lake views, king bed, air conditioning, block out curtains, plus an ensuite bathroom. The second king bedroom is on the lower level featuring lake views, lots of natural light and air conditioning.
Spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with reading nook opening onto balcony equipped with BBQ and outdoor furniture to enjoy the stunning views of Wallis Lake.
