Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.

Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.

Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.


Additional Bedding: We can provide a single air mattress and extra linen for $30 per guest per night.

Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.

Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.

Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.

Great location, very average apartment
Initial impression was a great location, and great apartment on arrival, but on further review, fit out was very poor, most of the furniture was of very poor quality, no coat hangers and despite contacting host with the promise of supply, nothing. Very few essential items such as dish cloths, washing cloths etc, no small welcome package to save going out shopping for milk etc, minimal items to change this from usual average holiday rental to quality property that would pay benifits in the future. Would only rent this property in the future if no others available, too many other good properties on the market.
