On of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other a king bed. Downstairs is a second living and entertainment space. This space includes a pool table, arcade machine, many board games, a comfortable couch and TV. To the right of the base of the stairs is a sleeping nook with two sets of bunk beds. A guest bedroom, with queen bed, uses the bathroom at the end of the hall. Another guest bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The lower deck is covered and screened with outdoor furniture. A gas grill can be found in the garage. This home has high speed internet.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drive-able location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
