The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a 6-burner gas stove, double Wolf oven, Subzero refrigerator, and a bar sink. Multiple living areas provide ample space for relaxation, including a large family room with an 81" Smart TV, a screened patio with a built-in gas grill, and a dining area that seats eight.

The property is ideally located near local attractions, including restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities like boat rentals, parasailing, and kayaking. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a short walk to 11 nearby dining options or take a free trolley to explore the island. The home also features a garage, driveway parking, and is pet-friendly for one well-behaved dog (with restrictions and fees). Approval for pets is required and only allowed for bookings 14 nights or more. Parking available for a 4 cars max.

Please note that the home is non-smoking, non-vaping, and does not allow parties. Max of 10 people at all times. Temporary construction is ongoing in the neighborhood, and certain areas of the property are not included in the rental. The property also has exterior cameras for security, and pool alarms are available for safety.
