This comfortable Cottage has everything you need to make you feel right at home.Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

According to our policy all guests must provide information, i.e. every guests` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure.Please note that you have to be 25 or over for check in.Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can`t guarantee a refund. Pets ARE NOT allowed in the building.***Deposit***All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

Dear Guest, Please take a moment to read the unit policies: The minimum age for booking is 25 years. All guests are required to pay a $500 security/damage deposit prior to check in. The deposit is automatically refunded within 7 days after check out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded. Check in is after 4PM, check out is before 11AM. Late check out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. Pets ARE NOT allowed in the property. * NO PARTY POLICY The house is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The property is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the villa. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions. Our team will be more than happy to resolve your issues and provide you with a comfortable stay. Please respect our home and our neighbours. No smoking or vaping in the cottage, not even through an open window. Butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided at the front deck. No parties, events, unregistered guests or visitors allowed. please be mindful when taking showers. Flush toilet paper only. No tampons, diapers, baby wipes, tissues or paper towels to be flushed down the toilet. Damages to the system are very costly and will be billed back to the renter. Report any damages or breakages in a timely manner. Remove shoes/boots upon entering the cottage to ensure a pleasant and clean environment at all times house slippers are acceptable. Water front is just for boating not swimming. Backyard is safe and secure with fence and gates *IF ANYTHING HAPPENS SUCH AS INJURY OR DROWNING IN WATER DECK CANAL IS UNDER GUEST S RESPONSIBILITY * Due to COVID bedding and towels is not included(bring your own please). All the beds are pillow included but not pillow case(bring your own please). Paper towels,toilet paper,tissue box,hand soap, dishwasher detergent,laundry detergent are included. All garbage must be removed from the property at the end of your rental period. Any garbage left at the cottage premises will result in a $50.00 disposal charge.
