The 201 | Your Luxury Getaway

Welcome to our comfortable and quiet two bedroom walk-up condominium (one flight of stairs) in the heart of Saanichton village. You are steps away from groceries, restaurants, liquor and beer store, pharmacy, coffee shop and pub. A short drive gets you to downtown Victoria, Buchart Gardens, the Butterfly Gardens, Victoria International Airport, BC ferry terminal and the town of Sidney by the Sea. You’re also close to many parks with fabulous hiking, seashore rambles, and great picnicking opportunities. The peninsula is also home to a number of wineries, cideries and craft breweries.

Your home away from home is spacious and comfortably furnished. The chef’s kitchen has everything you need to make a quick bite or a gourmet meal, with a dining room table that seats six. Air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer, and the fireplace brings warmth and ambiance in the winter months. A barbecue on the shady deck gives you outdoor cooking options, and the propane fireplace means you can linger over the evening as the sun disappears. The pastoral view makes for a tranquil start to your day as you sip your coffee while watching the sunrise.

High-speed wireless internet means you can always be connected, whether for work or pleasure. If it does need to be work, there’s a desk in the second bedroom to give you privacy and space.

All linens and towels are provided, as well as some toys and games.

Whether for a weekend, a week or a month, this is a great place from which to enjoy and explore all that Victoria and the Saanich peninsula have to offer.

**NOTE** BC Ferries has not always been running their full schedule of ferries because of staffing issues. We'd recommend you make a reservation at least a few weeks in advance if the ferry is part of your travel plans.

Immaculate Home

Perfect place to stay. Right in Saanichton. Place has everything you need and is immaculate. Stayed here for two years running to be home base for Xmas with family. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Vancouver trip

This was a lovely property. Not much to look at on the outside, but once you got inside, it was gorgeous. It was central to groceries and necessities and close to Victoria. We had a great vacation with another couple. The accommodations allowed for lots of time together and private space too. Lovely spot!

This was the best equipped bnb we've ever stayed in and we've been booking bnbs for over 20 years. It's location was excellent for us, across from amenities yet still in a small town. And we appreciated the spaciousness.

Great home & host

We had a lovely relaxing stay and our host Bram was really friendly & helpful, coming over straight away to explain the air conditioning system for us. We loved the facilities esp the well appointed kitchen, and dining room as well as comfortable beds with plenty of fresh towels. Very clean! We knew there would be steps but found it a bit challenging carrying our suitcases up the rather steep stairs at the entrance. Our location was very convenient with shoppers drug mart across the street, home hardware next door, and Thrifty’s food market a block away. Close to many scenic attractions! Would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic VRBO

Party of 4 adults from U.S. Extremely nice VRBO in all respects. Great location for accessing Victoria, coastline above Sooke, and Saanich Peninsula. Very quiet. Very spacious and livable layout--bedrooms, living, dining, etc. High quality contemporary fixtures and hardware. Reserved parking space. Grocery, diner, pizza, pharmacy gas within one to two blocks. Hosts extremely gracious. Even welcomed us with some food items. The unit is up a flight of steps, which could be an issue for some guests.

Great Stay in Saanich

This property was situated perfectly for our stay for a Family Reunion. Two bedrooms/baths made for privacy and convenience. The kitchen was better equipped than anything we have stayed in before and all was spotless. Two decks - one with shade, and one in the sun! A dining table that sat six comfortably and dishes/cutlery for eight or more. Parking on site as well. Hosts were responsive throughout our stay and made us feel very welcomed. Just a word of caution - there are 24 stairs to get up to the unit so not built for anyone with mobility issues. If you are mobile, it is a fantastic choice!

Lovely gem in Saanichton

This was the best short term rental we have enjoyed to date! The owners are friendly and helpful and respond immediately. The accommodation is spacious, very clean and very well appointed. It lacks absolutely nothing! Comfortable beds and well equipped bathrooms make staying here delightful. We highly recommend this spot and these hosts.

Elegance and comfort

Lovely apartment on second floor of an accountant's office. A bit hard to find as the entry door sits between the accountant office and a hardware store, but what you find once on the second floor is pure elegance. A well-done and spacious apartment above the town and close to a wonderful restaurant at the end of the block. Close to Butchart Gardens (15 minutes) and Victoria (25 minutes). Easy access and even a welcome basket with bread and jam was a very nice touch!

Immaculate

Enjoyed a wonderful stay with family. The home is pristine and wonderfully comfortable. It is well stocked with everything needed and much, much more. The outside spaces are great for enjoying coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The rooms are spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable. Hosts are welcoming and very responsive and check in/check out process is quick and uncomplicated. We would definitely stay again.

The perfect "home away from home"

What a great place to stay! Our hosts thought of everything - folding lawn chairs, coolers for picnics, scent-free soaps, body wash and cleaning products. The kitchen and laundry had everything you'd need. Parking spot was easy to use. The location was just right - a grocery store and a lovely pub within a block. Communication with the hosts was timely and straightforward. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Condo in Saanichton

We stayed at this property for 1 week in April. The condo is beautiful, clean, fully equipped, and very spacious. Decor is modern and very tasteful, high end appliances and finishing. Communication with Sharon & Bram was a breeze and we received replies almost immediately. They have thought of every detail. Would definitely recommend this unit. Would love to stay again.

Lovely area

We loved our stay at this unit. This is a great area to explore country lanes, small villages, wineries, cideries, etc. The unit is spacious, bright and well supplied with all the needs. The only disappointment was that the tv had no sports channels, HGTV or the Food Network, our staple viewing! However, we did survive without it!! Hope to rent again next year.

Great location and beautiful space

We loved this property. Very comfortable and outfitted with every amenity. The location is perfect for avoiding the city with easy access to ferry, beaches and local sites. All you need within walking distance - coffee shop, supermarket, liquor store, restaurants and drugstore. We especially enjoyed cosy gas fireplace and electric firesides during this winter visit. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had.

Fantastic property, great location!

Best place to stay EVER!!! Hosts great, very responsive, very helpful. Unit thoughtfully supplied with everything you could want: beach chairs, beach towels, board games, excellent kitchen with everything. Plenty of plates, cutlery, tools so you’re not doing dishes after every meal. Dishwasher quiet, excellent washer-dryer and well-stocked. Great location, quiet, and across the street from big drugstore, excellent diner, and even a hardware store! AC quiet and fast to cool down the place. Loved the 2 decks with really comfortable deck chairs (perfect for snoozing). Unit stocked with great supplies. Very grateful for all the unscented products: no issues with allergy to fragrances (first place in years where I haven’t had to use my own products). Excellent value as we were able to eat most of our meals in unit. Unit spotless, even the barbecue! Barbecue worked perfectly. All of the appliances are new and worked perfectly. Bathrooms well stocked and lovely. Plenty of hot water. Neat lighting fixtures which use daylight from outside. Easy access to recycling, compost bins. Usually on holidays we generate a lot of garbage but not this time. Appreciate that detail. Thrilled with our experience.

Short Victoria trip

The place is located close to the airport, Butchard garden. The dinner and grocery store is 5 mins walk. Great access to transit, with property being very clean and all the amenities provided for. The split ac is a life saver after long day in the sun and the house is cooled in no time. Loved our stay and will rebook.
