Executive, private, lake-view home that is 1 hour to Silver Star and Big White
Natty's House is a beautiful, modern executive home situated in the quaint Okanagan Centre. This home is perched on the hillside and backs onto the forest, all while being close to the lake and your own private boat buoy on Okanagan Lake! It is one of the nicest homes in Okanagan Centre and is something from a Pinterest "I want this house" board! It boasts floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, high-end finishings, a pellet stove in the living room for cozy wine nights while watching the sun set, fast charging for EV's and a kids playhouse (which you can watch over from the kitchen while cooking dinner) and a hot tub. The home is surrounded by forest or lake, whichever way you look out the windows. There are trails out the back door for you to explore by foot ... or bike, if you are brave! Or go down to the lake and walk for kilometers along the shoreline, finishing off at the local vegan cafe, Salted Caramel.
Please notify us if you plan to reserve the buoy for your stay. Otherwise, we cannot promise its availability!

We enjoyed are stay this weekend the house was very clean and exactly like pictures. A great spot for a little get away with beautiful views and peaceful neighborhood!
We have been renting homes throughout Kelwona over the years to visit family who live in the area and Kimberly's lakeview home has been one of our favorites. From the view to the location to the decor to the layout to the incredible outdoor spaces -- it was just perfect for our family. And, Kimberly is lovely to work with and very responsive. We look forward to a return visit. It is a magical place!
We loved our stay and would definitely do it again!
The photos online are beautiful but the place is even better in person.
Big windows with natural light, clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay.
A two minute walk to the water and a short drive to some great wineries.
The host was helpful in answering our questions and responded in a timely manner.
Highly recommended!
Check in was smooth and easy and I have never seen a better stocked kitchen!! My daughter enjoyed the cappuccino maker, my grandchildren loved making smoothies with the vitamix and the crockpot was wonderful for those days when we were gone all day and were able to come back to dinner quick response from our host whenever we messaged her. The view from the large well furnished deck is breathtaking and the swing and little playhouse was enjoyed by all my grandchildren!! I was pleasantly surprised by the chilled bottle of white wine for when we arrived along with a bottle of red!!! I would totally recommend this property!

I have lived in Okanagan Centre my entire life... on the same street in fact. This very one! My husband, Mike, is also from the Okanagan and we could not imagine living anywhere else. But we love to travel and since we have no kids or dogs to mess up the place, we decided to open up our home so that while we are away, someone else can enjoy it! We call the house 'Natty's House', named after our beloved husky/shepherd fur-baby. In 2022, we lost him to cancer, but he got to spend some wonderful months in the new home.
Why they chose this property
In 2021 we stepped into this house, walked around for less then ten minutes and knew we needed to own it. It ticked every box in our 'dream house list' and I cannot imagine living anywhere else now. -huge windows to make you feel like you are in the forest -lake views -a hot tub! -fireplace -hiking and biking trails out the backdoor -no neighbours but still in 'the centre' for the neighborhood feel -gorgeous ensuite bathroom -huge kitchen
