Come to Pass A Grille Florida! Escape the cold if you can make last minute plans. Lovely 2 bedroom (king and twin), 1 bath, living and dining area with newly renovated kitchen. Sheets and towels provided. 2nd house from secluded, beautiful white sand beach, a few walking blocks from Don Cesar resort, close to great restaurants and shopping. Short drive to St Petersburg and Tampa. Fly into Tampa International Airport (25 minute drive). This is a special low key property with a large pool and patio right out your door. Close to sport complex for Sports. You will love this precious oasis.

Perfect Place
Wonderful place, wonderful host, and a fantastic location so close to the beach!! Host was so easy to work with, and made everything so easy for us all week. It's really a very quaint and quiet place, the pool was such a nice amenity also! I could go on and on but nothing more than great things to say about the entire week at this lovely place. We will definitely be going back again!

4th of July on Pass A Grille Beach
Very clean, updated appliances and tastefully furnished, pool was cool which is great when it's that hot out ! Master bed was little firm for my liking but a still slept like a log. My daughter loved the 2nd bedroom. I would definitely rent this unit again. Thank you Maureen !

A gem.
Very special place for people who appreciate a laid back Old Florida vibe. Location is about as good as it gets if you prioritize tranquility over partying. The unit is spotless and comfortable and the property as a whole is beautifully landscaped. The courtyard pool is lovely. Maureen is a very thoughtful and responsive host. We’ll be back.

We love it here!
Our previous 2 week stay expanded into the entire month of December this year. We love the newly renovated kitchen, comfy king bed, and of course being poolside and steps to the beach. Maureen is a fabulous host and very responsive. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Second stay at this property
This was our second stay at this property. The condo was very clean and everything we needed during our stay was supplied by Maureen. We saw her daily and she was very nice and concerned that our vacation was the best ever. The location is ideal and the pool was clean and comfortable. Maureen makes you feel at home and almost a part of her family. If you need anything, it is provided quickly. We definitely will return soon and recommend this property to anyone wanting a quite and comfortable stay.

Maureen and her place is a dream! Loved our condo. So clean, and had every amenity of home. Maureen was a gracious host and so very accommodating. I found my home away from home here. Also felt like we were on our own little private beach. I cannot wait to visit again!

Great unit , only steps to the beach. Close to the restaurants and not far from St Pete beach! Great area for walking and seeing old Florida. Owner very helpful and quick to solve any problems.

Great location/lovely beach
This condo is located between the busy strip of St Pete’s Beach and the quiet Pass-A-Grille beach. The sand is powdery white and the beach is not crowded. Walk out your door and in less than a minute you’re walking amongst the dunes. Celebrate each sunset on the beach at Paradise Grill with music and the bell ringing. The condo is a complex of 4 single story units that surround a cozy pool area with lots of seating and tables. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. Good use of space. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided! Loved this since we fly to FL. Laundry is on site and shared with one other condo. The bathroom could use updating but the water pressure was wonderful! Maureen is very friendly and on site. She was very helpful and generous when our return flight was cancelled due to weather. We will definitely return. The location and vibe of the area is perfect for us!

Christmas Vacation
We love this place!!! Maureen is wonderful and on the property if you have questions or need anything. Property is perfect for 2 and a short walk to beach if you take a break from the pool. A quiet neighborhood and very short drive to restaurants and stores. Can't wait to go back!!

1/2 a block from a private part of pass a grille beach! Beautiful pool outside our door. Newly renovated condo with fully stocked kitchen, towels beach chairs anything you need the owner thought of. This is a hidden gem and we will be back!!

Week of July 4th
We had a great vacation stay in Maureen’s property. The condo is clean and well furnished. The beach is just a short walk away (200 steps from door to beach). The pool is just outside the back door and the furniture around the pool is very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Maureen was very quick to answer any questions we had, which were very few. We recommend this property for anyone preferring peace and quiet. The beach their feels as though you are on your private beach.

The condo was lovely with the pool outside your door. One house away from beach access and amazing sunsets. Close proximity to many restaurants and grocery options. Washer & dryer were a bonus. Thanks Maureen!
